- a shared ownership system for property purchases.
Price: €100 per year per agency.
Highlighted Listings — €5 / day
Additional visual highlighting for an individual property listing.
Price: €5 per listing for 24 hours.
Listing Branding — €50 / month
The agency logo and agency name are displayed on the listing preview cards.
The service applies to all listings published by the agency.
Price: €50 per month per agency.
API Access — €50 / month
API access enables integration with the platform and automated data exchange with external systems and services.
Price: €50 per month per agency.
Exclusive Homepage Advertising — €2,000 / 7 days
The homepage of the relevant regional version of the platform is provided exclusively to one real estate agency or property developer for an exclusive advertising campaign.
The advertising period runs for 7 days — from Monday through Sunday.
During the advertising week, the homepage features:
- advertising for the agency or property developer;
- information and description of the agency or property developer;
- 8 property listings for sale;
- 8 property listings for rent;
- 8 property video presentations.
The content and distribution of advertising materials may vary depending on the type of advertiser — a real estate agency or a property developer.
During the advertising period, the homepage is exclusive: no listings or advertising from other agencies or property developers will be displayed on the page.
The advertising campaign is displayed on the regional version of the platform corresponding to the country of the agency or property developer.
