User Data Deletion

You can ask BSRealty to delete your account and all the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to every user account, including accounts created with Facebook or Google sign-in.

How to request deletion

In your account. Sign in, open My account and click Request account deletion at the bottom of the page, then confirm. The request goes straight to our support team, and you can follow it in the Support section of your account.

By email. If you cannot sign in, write to info@bsrealty.eu from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What we delete

• Your account and profile: name, email address, phone number, photo and password.
• The link to your Facebook or Google account, that is the ID we received when you signed in with it.
• Your favourites, saved filters and subscriptions.
• Your messages to agencies and your support requests.

We keep only what the law obliges us to keep, such as payment records, and only for as long as the law requires.

When

We process every request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email. A deleted account cannot be restored.

Removing BSRealty from Facebook

You can also remove BSRealty from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → BSRealty → Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing your data with us. To delete the data we already hold, send a deletion request as described above.
