The story of BS Realty began in 2025 with a simple idea — to create the international real estate platform that we ourselves felt was missing.

While exploring real estate markets across different countries, we noticed that there were many local websites, agency portals and individual international projects, but we could not find one international platform that brought together everything we wanted to see in a modern real estate service.

So we asked ourselves a simple question: why not create it ourselves?

That idea became the beginning of BS Realty.

Our Idea

From the very beginning, we did not want to create just another property listings website.

We wanted to build an international platform capable of bringing together different markets, different types of real estate and different approaches to buying, selling and renting property within one digital environment.

We began developing BS Realty based on our own vision of what a modern international real estate platform should be: clear, technology-driven, constantly evolving and not limited by the borders of a single country.

We also understood that a platform like this could never simply be built once and considered finished. The real estate market is constantly changing. Technology evolves, people's needs change, the way properties are discovered changes, and new models of acquiring real estate continue to emerge.

That is why www.bsrealty.eu was conceived as a platform that would evolve together with the real estate market.

From an Idea to a Platform

As the project developed, we began looking beyond the traditional model of property listings for sale and rent.

We follow changes in demand and the emergence of new formats within the real estate market. Some of these directions have gradually become part of BS Realty itself.

This is how real estate auctions were introduced to the Platform, along with a new direction of fractional participation in real estate acquisition and a unique international property exchange system, designed to develop the concept of exchanging properties across different countries and real estate markets.

For us, these are not separate projects. They are a continuation of the original idea behind BS Realty — to create one international environment that brings together both traditional and new ways of interacting with real estate and continues to evolve alongside the market itself.

An International Approach

BS Realty was created as an international project from the very beginning.

Real estate may be located in different countries, but people increasingly look beyond their domestic markets — whether for relocation, holidays, business, investment or a change in lifestyle.

At the same time, every real estate market remains unique. Different countries have their own laws, procedures, characteristics and established practices.

Our aim is for BS Realty to bring these markets together within one technological environment without losing the individual characteristics that make each market different.

Today, the development of BS Realty covers Europe, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Türkiye. As the project continues to grow, its geographical reach will expand.

We Continue to Build BS Realty

BS Realty was created because we could not find a single international real estate website that brought together everything we ourselves wanted to see in such a platform.

So we decided to build it.

Since 2025, the original idea has been gradually developing into a large international real estate platform. We continue to observe the market, improve existing solutions and introduce new directions.

Our goal is not to reach a point where we can say that BS Realty is completely finished.

We want it to continue evolving together with real estate, technology and the people who use it.
